All sales are final. We don't take returns or exchanges for fit, size or change of mind, so check your size before you order.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or isn't what you ordered, email contact@labuenaverde.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the problem.

We'll send a replacement. If your size is sold out, you'll get store credit for the full item price instead. We cover the shipping either way.

Claims made after 7 days, or for wear, washing or damage after delivery, aren't covered.
