Shipping

Free shipping on US orders over $75. We ship to the United States only.

Orders ship within 2 to 4 business days of being placed. Orders are not processed on weekends, and Friday orders are treated as weekend orders.

Gifts and non-matching addresses

Credit card orders ship only to the billing address on the card. If the order is a gift, please use PayPal as the payment method.

Orders over $100

All orders over $100.00 USD require a signature on delivery.

Change of address

Any change to the shipping address after an order is placed incurs a $10.00 service charge from the carrier. Please double-check your address at checkout to avoid it. Email contact@labuenaverde.com for help.

Refunds

Store credit only. Returns must be in their original condition with tags still attached, within seven days of receiving the product. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Email contact@labuenaverde.com for help.
