ORDERS ARE NOT PROCESSED ON THE WEEKENDS. FRIDAY ORDERS ARE CONSIDERED WEEKEND ORDERS.

SHIPPING:

GIFTS & NON MATCHING ADDRESS: Credit card orders ship to only the billing address on the card. If what you order is a gift please use Paypal as the method of payment.

ORDERS OVER $100.00 USD: All orders over $100.00 USD will require a signature upon UPS delivery.  

CHANGE OF ADDRESS: 
Any changes in shipping address after placing the order will incur $10.00 service charge by UPS.  Please make sure to put the correct shipping address info in order to avoid these extra charges by UPS. Just email contact@labuenaverde.com for further assistance. 
 
REFUND POLICY: 
Store credit only. Returns must be in their original condition with tags still attached to accept return within seven days of receiving product. Note that we cannot refund any shipping or handling charges and you will be responsible for paying the return shipping cost.  Just email contact@labuenaverde.com for further assistance.
